Welcome to the CCR 2008 Online Vendor Registration Page.  This page will allow you to register your company and all attendees you will be bringing to the reunion.  You will need to pay your reunion fees by online via a PayPal secure credit card transaction (the preferred method of payment of the CCR), or you may pay by mail.  
All payments must be received no later than July 31, 2008.

The Vendor Fee is $50.00.  The Vendor Fee includes sufficient power to run minor electrical devices such as a laptop and a credit card machine.   Phone and internet services are not included in the fee.  There may be an additional fee if you have additional requirements.  You will need to make arrangements with Zermatt Resort and Spa for any additional services.

Registering as a vendor only allows you to participate in the vendor area.  Vendors are not allowed to participate in other reunion functions unless they register as an attendee.

If you would like to participate as a vendor and have full access to all the reunion facilities and participate in all reunion activities (including the evening events, access to the Technical and other seminars, and attend our Finale Banquet), you may register as a regular attendee using the Attendee Registration Page.  The attendee fee is $139.00 per person.   If you choose to register as an attendee and would like to also be a vendor (at no extra charge), just send an email to to let us know you are both an attendee and a vendor.

NOTE:  Your registration will not be confirmed until we receive payment for your reunion fees.  Payment of your reunion fees is required in order to book your room at the CCR Host Hotel.  Registrations which are not paid within 30 days from the date of registering online will be deleted.  Because of the format and venue restrictions, we are forced to limit attendance.  In each year of this event, we have sold out prior to the event, so get registered now!  We look forward to seeing you at this year's Curve Cowboy Reunion.


Important Reminders!!!

Registering does not take care of your accommodations at the reunion. You will still need to make your own arrangements for lodging at the reunion hotels. Please be sure to visit the Hotel page for details, rates, and booking instructions.

Registration Payment Policy

The host hotel is expected to fill rapidly as a result of the rates and other concurrent events. Consequently, any rooms reserved by individuals with the hotel, but not registered for (including full payment of reunion registration fees), will be cancelled from the room block to be resold within thirty (30) days of the start of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Because the fixed cost of the event dictates, the Curve Cowboy Reunion Board of Directors regrets the adoption of a no refund policy on registration and related events. The CCR Board of Directors reserves the right to cease acceptance of registration. In short, sign up now Cowboys and Cowgirls for your lodging and watch for the registration on the web site in order to register as soon as possible!!!
