Registration for the 2002 Curve Cowboy Reunion is SOLD-OUT.

We apologize for this inconvenience, but the reunion has reached its limit of 250 attendees for the reunion.

But don't give up hope!  We are taking names for a waiting list.  

As with all events, people tend to change their minds at the last minute.  We want to offer the ability for people who have a change in plans to offer their confirmed registration at the reunion to people on the waiting list.  If you are still interested in attending the 2002 Curve Cowboy Reunion in Santa Fe, please take a moment to enter your contact information.  If a slot in the registration opens up, we will be contacting people on the waitlist in the order they submitted their contact on the Wait List.

Registration Payment Policy

The host hotels are expected to fill rapidly as a result of the rates and other concurrent events with CCR III. Consequently, any rooms reserved by individuals with the hotel, but not registered for CCR III (including full payment of reunion registration fees), will be cancelled from the CCR room block to be resold within thirty (30) days of the start of the event.  

Registration will be limited to the first 250 confirmed attendees.  Confirmed Reunion Registration is guaranteed by pre-payment of Reunion Fee.  If you have any questions, please contact Gary Rollins

If you are not registered AND paid for the reunion BEFORE August 3, 2002, your reservation at the hotel will be cancelled and returned to the CCR III room block for reallocation.

Cancellation Policy

Because demand has exceeded the supply of rooms and banquet space in each of the past two years of the Curve Cowboy Reunion, and because the fixed cost of the event dictates, the Curve Cowboy Reunion Board of Directors regrets the adoption of a no refund policy on CCR III registration. The CCR Board of Directors reserves the right to cease acceptance of registration. In short, sign up now Cowboys and Cowgirls for your lodging and watch for the CCR III registration on the web site in order to register as soon as possible!!!
