The Curve Cowboy Reunion is a non-profit (IRS 501 (C) 3) organization.  A great deal of time, effort, and personal expense goes into hosting this event for the benefit of the attendees of the Curve Cowboy Reunion.  All funds collected by the reunion, via donations, reunion fees, and merchandise, are used to operate the reunion for the benefit of all who attend and as an initial seed funding for the following year. Any residual is donated to a local charity.

In 2001, the Curve Cowboy Reunion on behalf of all the attendees donated over $1500 to First Step, an organization chartered to provide an array of services for children and adults with developmental disabilities in a community setting including early intervention, preschool, residential homes and supported employment.  Between the CCR's donation and the proceeds of the Bike Wash, over $1800 was secured for First Step.

In 2002, the Curve Cowboy Reunion on behalf of all the attendees donated $5000 to the BMW MOA Foundation, an organization under the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America chartered to carry out educational activities that benefit the BMW Community, motorcycle riders in general and other educational activities related to motorcycling.

Prize Donations:

Some of the prizes offered by vendors are used in a silent auction used to generate the funds donated to the local charity identified by the Curve Cowboy Reunion Board of Directors.  If you are a motorcycle related products vendor and you would like to donate a prize to be used in the silent auction, please take a moment to look at the Vendors and Supporters page.  All prize donations will be profiled (including a company logo and hyperlink to a company website) on the Vendors and Supporters page.  In addition to prize donations, we also accept cash donations as well.

If you would like to Donate to the Reunion, we have four levels of recognition: Corporate ($501 or greater donation from a corporate sponsor), Platinum ($501 or greater donation), Gold ($201-$500 donation), and Silver ($50- $200 donation).  Your donation will be profiled on our Hall of Fame page on the website.
