Our Tuesday evening opening reception will be sponsored by the Gatlinburg Department of Tourism and the Copper Cellar restaurant family. They are going to offer a spread of appetizers in the center of their complex of three restaurants in Gatlinburg. You may either ride your motorcycle to the reception or we have made arrangements for transportation via the Gatlinburg transportation system.

This is the event that will kick off Curve Cowboy Reunion 2003! This is another of the great events we have planned for our guests. If you haven’t registered yet do it before space runs out. For registration visit Curve Cowboy Reunion

The reception will feature:

• Hot spinach and artichoke dip
• Tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream
• Thunder road buffalo wings (crispy buffalo wings in a spicy and sweet sauce flavored with their own Thunder Road beer)
• Seasonal fruit display with assorted domestic cheeses
• Display of garden fresh vegetables served with assorted dips.

There will also be beverages and a cash bar available.

After the reception you are invited to choose among any of their three fine restaurants.

First is Smoky Mountain Grill brewery and restaurant.

• Fresh mountain microbrewed beer
• Pizza
• Calzone
• Stromboli
• Subs and sandwiches, all baked fresh daily on the premises.
• Ribs, fresh trout, chicken and steaks, roasted in a wood-fired stone oven and served on a hot skillet.
• Smoky Mountain Brewery ® is the clear choice for a variety of fun times with friends and family.

ENTERTAINMENT

• Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights – Karaoke @ 9:00pm
• Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday nights – Live music featuring The Griffin Band
• Friday nights – live music

The Smoky Mountain brewery can accommodate approximately 250 people

Second is Calhoun’s on the Parkway - a restaurant featuring both indoor and outdoor dining.

They offer a number of SPECIALTIES

• Hickory smoked baby back ribs
• Smoked prime rib
• Grilled steak, chicken & seafood
• Fresh mountain trout, homemade soups, specialty salads and sandwiches.
• A great selection of hand crafted beer brewed on site at the
  Smoky Mountain Grill.

Calhoun’s can accommodate approximately 300 people.

Finally you can choose Cherokee Grill - a more upscale restaurant.

Featuring the following SPECIALTIES

• Rotisserie chicken
• Briscuit
• Prime rib
• Grilled steak, chicken & seafood
• Homemade soups, specialty salads and sandwiches

The Cherokee Grill can accommodate approximately 250 people

You will need to make your own dinner plans after the reception. These are three excellent restaurants and we invite you to support them as sponsors of our reception. There are also other choices immediately adjacent to this complex if you wish.
