Important Reminders!!!

Registering does not take care of your accommodations at the reunion.  You will still need to make your own arrangements for lodging at the reunion hotels.  Please be sure to visit the Hotel page for details, rates, and booking instructions.

Registration Payment Policy

The host hotel is expected to fill rapidly as a result of the rates and other concurrent events with CCR 2003. Consequently, any rooms reserved by individuals with the hotel, but not registered for CCR 2003 (including full payment of reunion registration fees), will be cancelled from the CCR room block to be resold within thirty (30) days of the start of the event.  

Cancellation Policy

Because demand has exceeded the supply of rooms and banquet space in each of the past two years of the Curve Cowboy Reunion, and because the fixed cost of the event dictates, the Curve Cowboy Reunion Board of Directors regrets the adoption of a no refund policy on CCR 2003 registration. The CCR Board of Directors reserves the right to cease acceptance of registration. In short, sign up now Cowboys and Cowgirls for your lodging and watch for the CCR 2003 registration on the web site in order to register as soon as possible!!!
