Helping Out at the Reunion

If you feel like pitching in and helping at the reunion, check out the Who to Contact page to see who to talk to about volunteering your valuable help to the reunion team.  If you want to help out greeting people and helping with registration (the ABSOLUTE best way to meet all these wonderful people as they come in), or if you'd like to gather a group together for a skit or a song (like the Canyon Red Conspiracy did last year), just drop any one of us a line and we'd be happy to set you up.  Anything where you think you can help, just let us know and we'll get you involved.

We have the following positions that need volunteers:

• Helping at the Registration Desk (the BEST way to meet people attending the reunion)
• Helping at the Merchandise Sales Table (the SECOND BEST way to meet people attending the reunion)
• Helping at one of the daily Orientation Briefings
• Helping at the Tech Sessions (Tuesday setup/Wednesday sessions)
• Helping to set up Finale Banquet (Friday Only)
• Helping the Reunion Staff with various Hospitality Tasks (i.e., selling 50/50 tickets, assisting vendors, helping people find their way around, etc.)
