The Curve Cowboy Reunion is an IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The current IRS filing document can be found here. The volunteers and BOD members invest a great deal of time and effort in planning and producing our annual reunion. We do this to the benefit of our Curve Cowboy Reunion attendees as well as the local charity chosen each year. None of the volunteers working on this event receive any compensation for their time and effort. The directors and officers on the Board of Directors are unpaid volunteers as well. All funds collected by the reunion, via
reunion fees, and merchandise, are used only to fund the annual reunion. Donatiions, 50/50 income and Silent Auction revenue are used to generate the contibution for the chosen local charity. Nobody in the CCR is in this to make money. The requirements set by our organization by-laws as well as IRS guidelines reguirt that all director and officor positions on the CCR BOD are not compensated. Our goal each year is to have a great reunion and to walk away with great memories.
To see all the worthwhile causes we have contributed to as of this year, please chack our charity page.
We have two programs to support the charitable work of the Curve Cowboy Reunion - a item for our silent auction or a cash donation.
ISilent Auction Item Donations:
The prizes donated by vendors are used in a silent auction used to generate the funds donated to a local charity identified by the
Curve Cowboy Reunion Board of Directors. Please take a moment and review our Vendors and Supporters Page. If you would like to
donate an item to be used in the silent auction, please contact us at
and someone will contact
you regarding your donation. All prize donations will be profiled (including your company logo and a link to your company website) on the
Vendors and Supporters page. In addition to prize donations, we also accept cash donations as well. Past
Vendors and Supporters can be found for 2001, 2002, 2003,
2004, 2005,
2006, 2007.
and 2008.
