This will be your first chance to start meeting all the LT folks as they arrive at Zermatt Resort and Spa for this year's festivities. Chef Craig aka Emeril of Zermatt Chef Craig will put on his own show in the style of Emeril. He will do a 45 minute cooking demonstration for 20 people, including a sit-down lunch. There will be a charge of $37.00 pp, inclusive of everything. Please order your attendance thru the Merchandise Catalog. The menu is; Crab stuffed fresh Semolina Ravioli w/ Roma tomato Coulis, 'Knife & Fork' Caesar Salad w/fresh Parmesan Caesar Dressing and Candied Walnuts, NY Steak & Gorgonzola stuffed Chicken w/ light Marinara, Angel Hair Pasta alla Checca, Layered Pizzelle w/ fresh Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla Gelato garnished with Chocolate-dipped Strawberry.	12:00pm-2:00pm
Silent Auction Again this year, we are going to give you an opportunity to view and bid on items in the silent auction all day on Thursday. Come on down and help the Curve Cowboy Reunion support the kids! Join us in the Location TBD to bid on our vendor and supporter donations in the Annual CCR Silent Auction benefiting local children. Each year, we donate the proceeds of the Silent Auction to a local childrens charity. We have donated to the First Step Home in Hot Springs, BMWMOA Foundation, Gatlinburg Boys Girls Club, Gatlinburg Interact, TAME and the Summit County Mentors, Jacksons Focus on Success, Barrow County Advocacy Center and Camp David of the Ozarks. In the past eight years, the Curve Cowboy Reunion has donated over $100,000 to childrens charities in the towns that host our event. Please help make 2008 another record year for CCR donations that directly help local youths. NOTE: Payment and Pick-Up of your Silent Auction Items will be on Friday, August 29, 2008 at 9:00am in a location TBD. Credit Cards accepted.	4:00pm-9:00pm

Finale Banquet As with every reunion, the Finale Banquet is the event that provides our last chance to gather as a group and enjoy each others company before the long wait for next year. Join us in the Hotel Ballroom for an evening of Dinner and CCR Entertainment that will include the presentation of our check this years selected charity. We will close with the announcement of the event location and venue for 2009. The Finale Banquet is included in your reunion fee.	7:00pm-10:00pm

Reminder!!!

The temperatures at Zermatt range from the mid 80s during the day, and in the mid 60s at night, so please keep that in mind when packing for CCR.
